How do I place an order?

Choose your garden tools, add them to cart, and complete payment through Shopify Checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated transit time is usually 7-15 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, it will be sent by email after your order ships.

Can I change my address?

Contact us as soon as possible at service@aruvella.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition.
