We want aruvella garden tools to arrive in good condition and meet your expectations. Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, clean, in original condition, and include original packaging when reasonably possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at service@aruvella.com with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery.

Return Request

Email us before sending any item back. We will review your request and provide next steps if the return is eligible.

Refund Review and Processing

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are typically submitted to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-returnable Situations

Items may not be eligible if used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, returned without approval, or outside the 30-day return window.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be sent quickly. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or shipment begins.
